Overview

We are establishing an appointment pool for vacancies that arise within the next 12 months. We may offer permanent, fixed term, full time, part time or casual appointments, with the possibility of a further term and/or permanency.

Currently a seven month temporary opportunity for filling in October 2025 (possibility of a further term and/or permanency).

About the role

The responsibility of the Client Services Team Leader is to lead and manage a Client Services team in the provision of customer service and administrative support in accordance with North Metropolitan TAFE policies and procedures, utilising the Student Management System and other software as required. They will ensure business outcomes, performance standards and Service Level Agreement deliverables are met. The Team Leader must collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective business practice across the College.

Other Conditions and Eligibility

Eligibility for employment is subject to obtaining a satisfactory Department of Education Criminal Clearance. If this position involves contact with children, the recommended occupant will also be required to obtain a Working with Children (WWC) Card.

To be eligible for appointment applicants must have a working visa (for fixed term contract appointments) or permanent residency (for permanent appointments).

Over the next twelve (12) months; candidates found “Suitable” through this process may be offered appointment to similar & subsequent vacancies within the College, within other TAFE Colleges or across WA Government (subject to candidate permission being granted).

Should no suitable applicant be identified, or an offer declined, the panel may search for further applicants beyond the closing date.
