About the Role

Polyaire is in search of a Senior Recruitment Officer to join their team in Adelaide.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and contribute to the development of talent solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with best-practice hiring processes. What you'll do:

- Develop, design and execute strategic recruitment plans that are in line with business needs
- Lead recruitment drives, including engagement with schools, universities, and attendance at employment expos to build talent pipelines
- Perform in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of talent trends and competitive hiring practices.
- Proactively source high quality candidates using diverse channels
- Draft and post job advertisements across relevant job boards, company careers pages, and social media platforms
- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers to identify top talent.
- Prepare and deliver employment offers and contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Oversee the migration process for international hires by collaborating closely with migration agents.
- Champion employer branding efforts to attract and retain high-calibre talent.

What you bring:

- Demonstrated expertise in a senior recruitment capacity, preferably in-house within a comparable sector.
- A strong understanding of recruitment strategies, innovative sourcing techniques, and talent pipeline development.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- The agility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills.
