Overview

TeamKids is hiring in Queanbeyan for Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educators. TeamKids is owned and run by teachers and is dedicated to enriching children's lives.

TeamKids has been approved for the Early Childhood Education & Care Retention Payment, which means our remarkable Educators will earn an extra 10% on top of their award wage.

The Role - Casual Educator

This is a role where no two days are the same. Work closely with a supportive team to gain valuable experience in the OSHC space and make a real difference in children’s lives.

Location: Queanbeyan

Shifts available:

- 7:00am–9:00am (Before School Care)
- 2:30pm–6:30pm (After School Care)
- Optional 6–8 hour shifts during school holidays

About You

- Previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education is desired
- Passionate about working with children and helping them thrive
- Engaged, fun, a team player and ready to jump in
- Confident communicator with children, parents and colleagues

You’ll need (or be willing to get):

- Working with Children Check relevant to your state (WWCC, WWVP, Blue card, VIT)
- A Cert III or Diploma in an ACECQA approved course (or be working towards it) - visit acecqa.gov.au to learn more about approved qualifications
