Starting a family is a special and rewarding time, but a lot of parents find themselves in a position at one point or another needing to get back into the workforce, whether it be for financial reasons, or to step into a new career to find professional independence again.

The program aims to address any challenges or concerns within the parent’s immediate family to enable them to focus on the future and identify areas of interest and set career goals. Further support with building skills and gaining qualifications is also be provided.

Services are tailored to meet parents’ needs and support them in overcoming personal barriers and become ready to find work or enter further education when the time is right.

- Engage with community organisations to develop strong opportunities

- Provide a calm, respectful, welcoming, and child‑friendly service to maintain engagement

- Practice an empathetic approach towards parents and their circumstances to help build trusted relationships to achieve positive outcomes

Required Skills & Experience
