Applicants are requested to provide the following:

We’re seeking individuals who can maintain a safe environment for all passengers and staff, particularly when faced with unpredictable and potentially dangerous situations. In your cover letter, please describe a challenging situation (critical incident) where you had to quickly assess a rapidly escalating situation and outline the step-by-step approach you took to deescalate and ensure the safety of yourself and others.

Applicants must apply online, using the ‘Apply’ button at the top of the screen. All applications must be submitted through the PTA website, or the WA Government jobs portal. Applications received via other platforms will not be considered.
