You will oversee the full lifecycle of API solutions, set operational standards, guide and mentor engineering teams, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams, influence architecture strategy, and ensure our API platform remains a key enabler of business success in a fast-evolving landscape.

What You’ll Do

- Provide technical leadership and hands-on contribution as a team member.
- Lead teams on adoption of best practice and compliance, ensuring high engagement and ongoing knowledge sharing.
- Provide day-to-day insights, guidance and support to engineers across platform and project teams.
- Define and govern architecture strategy, policies, and roadmaps.
- Mentor engineers, resolve technical queries, and foster a collaborative workplace.
- Lead recruitment and career development for engineers.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and track strategy, goals, and OKRs.

What You Bring

- Expertise in software engineering, platform engineering, architecture, and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills in Agile environments.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and adopt emerging technologies.
- Deep knowledge of cloud, AI/ML, data lakes, and data governance.
- Strong understanding of IT risk, security, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and a champion for continuous improvement.
