Join Our New Coffee Station Team at Harris Farm Marrickville

Are you a coffee lover, or just someone who thrives on creating great customer experiences? We’re looking for Full-Time Shop Assistant to join our store and also be a part of our brand-new in-store coffee station at Harris Farm Marrickville.

At Harris Farm, we’re all about fresh food, great service, and a fun, vibrant vibe and now we’re bringing that same energy to coffee

What you’ll be doing:

- Crafting delicious coffee and beverages with care and consistency
- Engaging with customers and making their day with friendly service
- Keeping the coffee station looking sharp, clean, and stocked
- Working with an awesome team who love what they do

What we’re looking for:

- Coffee experience is great, but not essential, a love of coffee and people is what really counts
- Training will be provided to build or brush up on the great skills you already have
- A positive, energetic attitude and genuine customer focus
- Team players who bring the Harris Farm vibe every day
- Reliability and flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
