We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional, fast-paced environment where fresh, seasonal produce and consistency are at the core of everything we do.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and team in the day-to-day operation
  • Ensure dishes are prepared with care, presentation and attention to detail
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and organisation
  • Support training and mentoring of Junior staff, helping build a positive team culture
  • Able to work multiple sections and flexible hours

About you:

  • Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally a pub, restaurant or casual dining venue
  • Standout attention to detail and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while still managing to crack a smile
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Have a Food Safety Handler's certificate
