This person will play a critical role in enabling the success of KONE’s regional sales teams by providing expert **technical and commercial solutions** aligned with customer needs.* Support the New Building Solutions Sales Team to translate customer requirements into clear, optimised solutions that delivers value at every stage of the sales process* Provide content for pre-tender, covering technical solutions, technical drawings, cost estimates, lead times, risk assessments, and contractual verification* Attend customer meetings and address technical queries, when required* Support order finalisation and project booking, liaison with engineering on drawings issue and approval* Verify that all proposed solutions comply with local codes, regulations and safety standards, ensuring alignment with customer specifications* Engineering or Technical Sales background* Experience working in the elevator industry preferred but not necessary* Ability to read layouts, specifications and drawings* Highly motivated with ability to work as part of a team* Analytical minded with the ability to think outside the box* Career progression opportunities within a global organisation* Total reward elements that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to work* Comprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skills* Excellent culture and supportive team**Note:** Applicants must either be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia or New Zealand to apply for this position.Chez KONE, nous nous attachons à créer une culture de travail innovante et collaborative, dans laquelle nous valorisons la contribution de chaque individu.
