About Council
Moorabool Shire Council is a progressive organisation that is experiencing rapid growth and surging development. Our focus is on building a healthy, inclusive and connected community; a liveable and thriving environment and an organisation that listens and adapts to the need of our evolving communities.
The Role
The purpose of this position is to support the delivery of the Community Services Needs Assessment project by data sourcing and analysis focused on specific community service themes. The project assesses whether existing community services meet the needs of Moorabool Shire residents and identifies priority areas and opportunities to guide future strategic action and advocacy.
In addition to supporting the Community Services Needs Assessment project, the role will also contribute to other community and recreation projects as required, providing research, data analysis, and project support to inform planning and decision-making across the organisation.
This is a full time, fixed term role until August 2026.
