- Providing practical, sustainable recommendations that align with ANZ's desired risk environment.

- Facilitating senior leadership discussions to influence ownership and drive outcomes.

- Offering behavioural risk expertise and contributing to the evolution of audit methodology.

- Delivering audits on time and within budget, while supporting planning and resource allocation.

- Leading continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with governance, legal, and regulatory standards.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

- Extensive experience managing complex audits across geographies and stakeholders, with deep expertise in banking, risk culture, and behavioural risk.

- Proven experience in audit or risk management within banking, supported by tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Behavioural Science.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with senior leaders.

- Excellent communication skills, including expert-level report writing, listening, and interpreting capabilities.

- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams or projects, setting clear expectations, and driving performance and change.

- High-level negotiation, conflict resolution, and commercial acumen to influence outcomes and support strategic goals.
