Rockingham PeelGroup is part of the South Metropolitan Health Service, one of thefastest growing health services in Western Australia and comprisestwo hospital campuses, Rockingham General Hospital and MurrayDistrict Hospital, in addition to community and mental healthservices across Peel, Rockingham and Kwinana. Currently we areseeking Social Workers to join our team. The successful applicantswill:

- As partof a multidisciplinary team, provide Social Work services topatients.

- Facilitate and promotepatient safety and quality of care.

- Practiceas a Social Worker as per the Australian Association of SocialWorkers Practice Standards 2013 and Code of Ethics 2010 and/orthe Society of Professional Social Workers Code of Ethics andSMHS Policies and Guidelines.

This is a recruitment poolfor Permanent, Fixed Term and Casual appointments at various hoursper fortnight, with the possibility of extensions and/orpermanency.

Suitableapplicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may bemade when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made fromthis pool until 29/05/2026.
