About the Role - Physiotherapist (Maitland & Surrounds)
We're seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to deliver in-home care across Maitland and surrounding areas.
- Flexible hybrid model-a mix of working from home and client visits
- Part-Time for 3 days/week OR Full-Time for the right candidate (Monday to Friday - no weekends)

Our Physiotherapists work with clients in their homes, supporting them to achieve meaningful health and wellness goals. Services include rehabilitation, musculoskeletal and neurological care, balance and falls prevention, and cardiopulmonary interventions, delivered through Support At Home and CHSP. A number of our team have specific areas of interest and have completed additional training in these areas.
As a Physiotherapist, you'll:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate services to support clients' health, independence, and wellbeing.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments through telehealth or face-to-face visits.
- Work on complex cases that empower clients to regain daily living independence.
- Enjoy a flexible work environment with the ability to work from home and manage your own schedule.
- Primarily provide one-on-one care, with opportunities to contribute to group exercise and wellness programs and health education.
