Through our construction arm, QA Build, we’re looking for qualified carpenters and builders ready for more than just a job. We're offering cadetships and real career pathways—from Leading Hand through to Site Supervisor, Site Manager, and ultimately, Construction Manager. If you’re a hands-on tradie with leadership potential, we want to help you grow into the next phase of your career. This opportunity could be at any of our construction sites and not limited to the Gold Coast

Along with the site career opportunities, we are looking for those that are ready to bring their on-site experience into the office, or have you just completed a construction-related qualification and are eager to put your knowledge into action? At GemLife, we’re looking for passionate and driven Cadets to join our growing team across a variety of disciplines.

We’re seeking cadets in the following areas:

- Estimating (Residential & Commercial)
- Drafting (Residential)
- Contract Administration (Commercial)
- Interior Design
- Architecture & Landscape Architecture
- Health, Safety, Environment & Training (HSET)
