About the Role

We are seeking motivated Labourers and Trade Assistants who are looking to start a new career in gardening and grounds maintenance. This role will see you working outdoors across a variety of sites, assisting with mowing, trimming, landscaping, and general grounds upkeep. Full training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Assisting with mowing, trimming and garden maintenance
- Operating tools and equipment (training provided)
- Supporting senior staff with landscaping and turf care
- General labouring and outdoor work

Qualifications

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Reliability and strong teamwork skills
- Previous labouring or TA experience (desirable but not essential)
- White Card, Driver’s Licence or other tickets (advantageous)
