Looking for an exciting career change in the mining industry? Niche Resources has an urgent requirement for highly skilled entry level and experienced surface and underground drillers offsiders to fill 2/1, 3/1 & 4/2 FIFO roles across WA.

Our fast-track
**traineeship** routes will allow you to become a qualified driller in no time Start next week and kick off the new year with a new
**FIFO** mining career that will take you all over the state, country, and world if you desire.

Not only will you earn the
** $$$** you've heard about, but you will also have a stable long-term career path to follow.

At Niche Resources, we offer a paid traineeship, competitive weekly pay, and a salary range of
**$105,000 - $139,500 per year.** You can earn up to and over
**$180k** once you complete the two-year traineeship.

Our
**Green Machine** program supports you from your first meeting with us and throughout your ongoing career in drilling. This program offers you all the required tickets,
**including your truck licence** So that you're job-ready from day one. Plus, we provide industry insight from our extensive drilling experience right here in WA

**What we require**:

- Current Australian C Class manual drivers license** (No P-Plates)**:

- Fit, healthy, and ready to do the hard yards
- Willingness to embark on a highly paid two-year traineeship
- Currently located in WA or in the process of relocating to WA

**What we prefer**:

- Experience in, on, or around drill rigs
- FIFO mining experience in any capacity
- Farming or heavy labour backgrounds
- Current national police clearance
- HR drivers license (HR-B ok)
