You’ll partner with senior client stakeholders, delivering best-in-class integrated campaigns that achieve measurable business outcomes. You’ll bring deep expertise in performance strategy, paid media channels, and analytics platforms, while fostering a culture of test-and-learn, leading and mentoring a high-performing team. If you’re a confident communicator with a passion for data-driven results and client success, this is your opportunity to make an impact.**Core responsibilities:*** Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, integrated digital campaigns across paid media channels, ensuring quality and measurable outcomes* Implement a culture of continuous optimization, leveraging data insights and performance tools to enhance campaign effectiveness* Deliver accurate client forecasts, monitor campaign financial performance, and identify opportunities for incremental revenue growth* Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth through feedback, delegation, and succession planning while promoting a positive agency culture**A bit about you:*** Proven expertise in performance strategy, with a deep understanding of paid media performance channels and the broader digital ecosystem* Demonstrated success in running large-scale integrated digital campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes, while fostering a test-and-learn culture to optimize performance* Skilled in forecasting, financial tracking, and identifying opportunities for growth, with robust problem-solving and decision-making capabilities* Exceptional communication skills. You are confident in presenting strategies and influencing internal and external teams.
