Overview

As a QA Lab Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of Coca-Cola products through hands-on testing and analysis. Your day-to-day will involve:

- Collecting samples from the production floor and preparing them for microbiological testing

- Incubating and analysing samples for microbiological activity

- Performing qualitative and quantitative tests on raw materials, syrups, and water

- Calibrating testing equipment and maintaining lab cleanliness and safety standards

- Recording and analysing data accurately using Excel and lab software

Qualifications

Preferred skills and qualifications:

- Relevant Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques or a Diploma of Laboratory Technology or qualified in chemistry, Microbiology, food technology qualifications

- Previous experience in laboratory testing

- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or a laboratory environment
