Are you a skilled Customer Service Officer seeking a flexible temporary position to fit your schedule?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a local council and support a close-knit team. This role requires strong communication skills and a positive attitude, as you will be the first point of contact for enquiries. Position Benefits:
•Temporary position (approximately 3-4 weeks) with potential for ad hoc extra hours

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk and over the phone
•Manage a busy inbox and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
•Take incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
•Perform general administration duties as required
Skills & Experience:
•Strong customer service and communication skills
•Proven ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
•Organised and adaptable, with a proactive attitude
•Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office suite of applications
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment
