Are you a skilled Customer Service Officer seeking a flexible temporary position to fit your schedule?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a local council and support a close-knit team. This role requires strong communication skills and a positive attitude, as you will be the first point of contact for enquiries. If you are organised, adaptable, and ready to start immediately, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Position Benefits:
•Temporary position (approximately 3-4 weeks) with potential for ad hoc extra hours
•Flexible working hours, perfect for fitting around school times

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk and over the phone
•Manage a busy inbox and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
•Take incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
•Perform general administration duties as required
Skills & Experience:
•Strong customer service and communication skills
•Proven ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
•Organised and adaptable, with a proactive attitude
•Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office suite of applications
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment
