About The Role

Join our dynamic and capable team in a thriving regional city in the heart of the Riverina, offering a partnership opportunity with a 50%‑100% share.

Responsibilities

- Ensuring the professional delivery of a variety of health services

- Providing counselling on prescription and OTC products

- Driving the business forward and maintaining a high level of product knowledge among team members

- Ensuring compliance with the requirements and processes of the Pharmacy Board of Australia and Medicare Australia

- Adhering to all processes and policies necessary for the smooth operation and growth of the business

- You will have an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the pharmacy. Strong, dedicated work ethic and the desire to go above and beyond.

- You will have strong leadership skills.

- You will have amazing customer service and people management skills.

- You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

Offer

Competitive rates on offer Monday‑Friday $60.46, Saturday $72.56, Sunday $99.20, Public Holiday $99.20 + Super depends on experience. The pharmacy trades 7 days a week. Flexible rosters to meet the business and your lifestyle balance.
