Retail Store Manager – Croydon

Position Description – Retail Store Manager

This role is with Save the Children Retail, a community-focused environment offering recycled fashion, toys, books, and vintage finds, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting projects that transform lives.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store targets

- Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, training and support for volunteers

- Assist to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities

- Manage the volunteer roster and ensure shifts are covered

- Collaborate with the retail team to drive sales and maximise profits

What You’ll Bring

- Strong communication, problem-solving and adaptability

- Passion for retail with a proactive, customer-focused approach

- Available and willing to work Saturdays
