Our client is a leading Digital Marketing Agency in Perth. They are innovative and they support their people in everything they do. They are now looking to appoint a Digital Account Manager to join the existing team. The business is ideally looking for a driven professional who can work and grow with the company, taking ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients.

The company is a well-established, rapidly growing Agency. They specialise in crafting strategies that elevate their client's visibility and effectively translate it into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the main point of contact for clients across a range of projects, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website development.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals and keeping them informed.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure smooth, on-schedule campaigns.
- Collaborate with our in-house specialists to deliver excellent results for our clients.
- Analyse campaign data to provide valuable insights and reports.
- Recommend new strategies and improvements to help clients achieve their goals.
- Lead client meetings to present progress and discuss future plans.
- Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Skills & Experience:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within a digital marketing agency.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, including SEO, Google Ads, and Meta advertising.
- Familiarity with website projects, particularly with WordPress.
- Strong communication and people skills for building and maintaining relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- An analytical mindset for interpreting data and making strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in key tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
