Overview

Our client is looking for a Change Trainer to design and deliver engaging, impactful training programs that drive organisational success.

Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, FAQs, and video tutorials.
- Host instructor-led and virtual sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support through Q&A sessions and follow-ups.
- Track learner progress and optimise future training initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Proven experience creating diverse training content for varied audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training approaches to different learner groups.
- Proficiency with training tools and platforms.
- Security clearance required: minimum NV2 (TSPV preferred).
