TITLE: RETAIL & MARKETING ASSISTANT

Located in the heart of Sydney’s stunning Northern Beaches (Australia), just a 24-minute ferry ride from the city, Dive Centre Manly offers a gateway to underwater adventures.

We provide a full range of snorkel & dive gear, courses from beginner to instructor level, including Sydney’s renowned Learn to Dive course.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

Enhance customer engagement and drive sales through social media management, creative newsletters, and excellent in-store customer service and reservations.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

- Retail sales

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create engaging social media content
- Design and send monthly newsletters
- Maintain and update the website
- Assist customers with retail products and recommendations
- Handle reservations and inquiries
- Keep the retail space tidy and organized

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with social media and email marketing
- Customer service or retail experience is advantageous
- Passion for scuba diving and marine life
- Valid driving license
- PADI Rescue Diver or higher (preferred)
