About the role
Are you a digital‑savvy marketer with a passion for creating impactful customer experiences? We’re looking for a Commercial Omnichannel Manager to lead the charge in delivering innovative, data‑driven strategies that connect our brands with customers with a focus on digital channels. You will partner with Marketing teams across all business units to design and implement omnichannel strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. You will craft seamless customer journeys, champion digital channel innovation, and ensure alignment with enterprise‑wide priorities. This is a hands‑on role where you will work closely with internal teams, shared service centres, and external partners to deliver tangible business impact.
Your role will be varied and will include:
- Promote customer journey mapping and data‑driven segmentation to improve personalisation and effectiveness across touchpoints.
- Act as a centre of excellence for digital marketing best practices, toolkits, and frameworks, ensuring consistency across brands.
- Partner with brand teams for operational brand planning, providing guidance on commercial omnichannel and digital activities.
- Enable and guide Marketing teams in planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns, ensuring integration with face‑to‑face interactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external digital partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure digital standards and lead troubleshooting and escalations promptly.
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness and channel performance, providing actionable insights for continuous optimisation.
- Collaborate across teams to align strategies, deliver training and tools, and raise digital maturity across the organisation.
- Drive innovation by adopting new technologies to deliver seamless experiences aligned with OneGSK ambitions within governance and compliance frameworks.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Tech and Analytics teams and partner with global and regional stakeholders for alignment of strategy and lead timely implementation of initiatives.
About you
Your expertise in omnichannel strategy, digital campaign execution, and performance analytics sets you apart, along with your ability to consult, influence and align cross‑functional teams around shared goals. You are a collaborative team player skilled at bringing clarity and structure to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a related field will be highly regarded.
- 8+ years’ experience in digital and omnichannel marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer health sectors.
- Proven ability to support multiple brands in a matrixed, global organisation and customise your approach to different lifecycle stages and market needs.
- Hands‑on experience with digital campaign development, execution and optimisation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and problem‑solving abilities.
- Exceptional communicator able to simplify complex ideas and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Veeva) and other analytics tools.
- Experience in agile project management is a plus.
