Our esteemed client, Grand Pacific Health, located in Lyneham, Australian Capital Territory, is a not-for-profit that operates over 20 community hubs across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, delivering comprehensive healthcare services, from mental health and allied health to Aboriginal programs and chronic disease management.

They currently seek a dynamic Business Development Business Analyst to help shape their strategic growth, optimise programs, and support mission-driven expansion. The successful candidate will work across departments, collaborating with clinical teams, executive leadership, and community partners, to drive data-informed decision-making and service enhancements.

The annual salary for this position is $100,000 to 100,500 plus superannuation.

Tasks include:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, define, and document clear and actionable business and system requirements.

• Analyse existing operational workflows, systems, and service delivery models to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Evaluate inefficiencies in business processes and recommend innovative solutions that enhance productivity and service outcomes.

• Apply structured project management frameworks and tools to plan, scope, budget, and oversee the successful delivery of initiatives.

• Lead the implementation of functional system solutions, including the development and execution of rigorous test plans to ensure data integrity and system performance.

• Produce comprehensive training and user documentation to support adoption and understanding across departments.

• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for System Developers and Information Technology (IT) teams.

• Use data modelling and process mapping techniques to support the design and enhancement of software systems.

• Serve as a knowledge base and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, supporting informed decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

• Ensure all business analysis and development activities support Grand Pacific Health’s mission to improve community health outcomes, especially in mental health, Aboriginal health, and chronic disease management.

• Integrate data insights with health outcome metrics to support service evaluation, strategic growth, and funding applications.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, Program Managers, and executive leadership, to align digital and operational solutions with the needs of diverse communities.

Qualifications:

• Must have three (3) years of experience in a similar setting.

• Should hold at least a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
