Overview

Are you passionate about empowering others through training and support? Join our dedicated team as a Casual Job Trainer, where you’ll play a key role in building capacity and confidence in our participants.

- Employment Type: Casual

- Travel Required: Yes – use of own vehicle (not for participant transport)

- Locations include Huonville, Rosny Park, Glenorchy

- This is a level 2 role under the Oak Tasmania EA

About the Role

As a Job Trainer, you’ll provide one-on-one (1:1) support and training to our participants, helping them develop the skills and confidence required within employment within the community. You’ll work closely with new and existing participants across multiple sites to guide in their roles and keep on task.

What You’ll Need

- A genuine passion for training and mentoring others

- Willingness to travel across Huonville, Rosny Park, and Glenorchy

- Use of your own vehicle (not for participant transport)

- Flexibility to work casual hours as required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compliance Requirements

The successful candidate must have (or be willing to obtain):

- National Police Check

- Working with Vulnerable People Check

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- First Aid/CPR certificates
