Innate Brewers is a family-owned operation based just south of Fremantle, renowned for its award-winning lineup of beers.

We are seeking a new head brewer to take the reins and shape the future of our brewing operations.

Job Description: Head Brewer

With our current head brewer moving on, we offer an exciting opportunity at our family-owned brewery. This role is ideal for a self-motivated brewer passionate about recipe development, innovation, and actively participating in all aspects of brewery management alongside our sales manager.

The position is 4 days a week with flexible hours, promoting a healthy work/life balance at our Spearwood production facility.

Experience / Skills:

- Minimum of 3 years brewing experience, overseeing all aspects of brewing from grain to keg/can

- Proven track record in recipe development and innovation, with a focus on quality

- Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

- Scheduling and brewing all core range beers and developing monthly limited releases

- Collaborating with the sales manager to manage stock levels and release schedules

- Ordering brewing and packaging materials

- Working with graphic designers to create labels for new releases

- Coordinating with third-party logistics for stock movements and deliveries

- Representing the brewery at events

- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers

This role is perfect for a motivated young brewer seeking to make a mark or someone looking for a flexible brewing position to accommodate family commitments.

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience.
