About the Opportunity:

In this key role, you’ll lead the full spectrum of human resources (HR) operations—including workforce planning, labour relations, policy development, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and work health and safety. As a trusted advisor to all employees, you’ll foster a workplace culture grounded in our values.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has extensive experience in a Human Resources environment. A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field (desirable)

- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of employment legislation, labour relations, and HR best practices.

- Has excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Leads the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs that reflect our values, ensures compliance and best practice.

- Has the ability to build strong relationships and foster a positive, inclusive culture.

- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) platforms, with experience in HRIS and/or Human Resource Management System (HRMS) implementation or change projects highly regarded.

- Is committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and cultural excellence.

- Has the passion for promoting diversity, equality, and belonging.

Hours: Full-time 76 hours per fortnight

Salary: $95,000 per annum, plus up to 17% employer superannuation contributions.
