The Opportunity

Our team is looking to embark on a journey of growth throughout Australia and has a growing pipeline of exciting project opportunities within our Water, Defence, and Infrastructure sectors in Canberra.

As a result of our continued success in the business transformation, offering Project Administration and Change Management Consulting services and solutions to our clients, we are seeking an intermediate Management Consultant with experience in business transformation, change management, communications, process improvement and project delivery to join our dynamic and collaborative team.

About You:

You are curious, with a growth mind-set, comfortable to pivot and re-set in response to evolving business priorities. You’ll have experience supporting and leading the successful delivery of some key components of business transformation and change management programmes.

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to embrace challenges and navigate your way through ambiguity. You promote innovation, and lead through a continuous improvement lens. Your growing competence in change management is recognised with core capabilities as an excellent communicator, problem-solver and critical-thinker; and the ability to identify and remove barriers, enabling teams to fulfil goals and deliver results.

As a key member of the team, you will take a lead role in supporting the implementation and adoption of large change programmes in complex environments and lead business improvement projects.

You will also be able to provide:

1. An in-depth understanding of change management principles and a desire to progress professionally in this field.
2. A passion and capability in building new client stakeholder relationships and enhance existing relationships.
3. Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build relationships both externally and internally.
4. An appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to project management, engineering or other.

Along with possessing experience in change management, we want to hear from you if you possess the following:

1. Demonstrated proven ability and understanding of management consulting, business transformation and change management frameworks and processes and a desire to progress professionally in this field.
2. A ‘can-do’ attitude and someone who is able to ‘roll up their sleeves’ and be outcomes-oriented.
3. Travel to a variety of locations across Australia to work with our clients.
4. An appropriate tertiary qualification and/or accreditation or certification (or working towards) in change management and/or project management.
5. A positive and tenacious attitude with an ability to make things happen and alignment with our company purpose to “Make Everyday Better”.

Given the nature of our client industry and projects, it is preferably that you hold a current Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance at Baseline level or higher for which you will require Australian citizenship.
