You’re comfortable driving large-scale projects, managing diverse stakeholders, as well as digging deep into technical content and detail, keeping an eye constantly focused on clarity, quality, and measurable impact.

Your qualifications will ideally include:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning and Development, Communications, or a related field (required or highly regarded).
- A minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in education program development and delivery, ideally in compliance, regulation, or a technical sector.
- Knowledge / experience within the construction industry or a related sector is advantageous.
