Are you ready to lead cultural transformation at The Star? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our People & Performance Leadership Team as General Manager – Culture & Organisational Development.

Responsibilities
- Drive implementation of The Star’s cultural reform and remediation plans.
- Lead engagement strategies aligned with our Purpose, Values & Principles (PVP).
- Oversee diversity and inclusion initiatives, including statutory reporting.
- Design and deliver organisational design strategies to enable workforce transformation.
- Partner with senior leaders to embed cultural change and improve the people experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in culture transformation, organisational development, and diversity & inclusion.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum 9 years’ experience in OD/HR leadership roles.
