From safeguarding our digital infrastructure to developing scalable systems and tools, the Technology department provides foundational capabilities that support security, stability, innovation and collaboration.Passionate in supporting the next generation of female talent to gain hands-on technical knowledge and comprehensive learning, we are now inviting IT students to apply for our Women in Technology Cadetship within COO Domain.This 3-year paid part-time cadetship is a unique opportunity for first or second-year female IT students to launch their career and pursue an exciting pathway within the technology and agribusiness banking industry.Based in Sydney, you will rotate through part-time placements over the 3 years which will allow you to balance your university study while completing meaningful work relevant to your degree.## * Gain hands-on experience working on relevant IT projects.* Business leader assigned to mentor you along the way.* Learn from experienced IT professionals.* Opportunity to develop technical skills across Infrastructure, Systems, and Cyber Security.* Part-time placement to balance university study commitment and gain work experience.* Contribute to our global mission of Growing a better world together.## **To be successful you will:*** Be a first or second-year undergraduate student studying Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, etc at any university in Sydney.* Be available to start part-time employment from January 2026.* Possess a passion and interest for technology.* Are self-motivated with ability to plan and organise self.* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.* Located in Sydney to so that you can work from the Sydney CBD office.## **How to Apply:*** Follow the link and submit the following documents:* CV.* Academic Record (to date).Applications close on midnight, 21 November, 2025.## **The process:*** Video interview.* Assessment centre and interview onsite at Rabobank CBD office.* Verbal and written offer.Rabobank is committed to a culture where diversity & inclusion is valued, respected and encouraged.
