Overview

Celotti Workforce are currently seeking Intermediate Scaffolders to commence immediately for a short-term FIFO opportunity. Our client is seeking a scaffolder with Intermediate experience to join their team in Gove, NT.

Role & Responsibilities

- Erect and dismantle scaffolds of intermediate complexity (e.g. towers, birdcages, independent scaffolds with returns etc.)
- Follow scaffold design plans and ensure structures are stable and secure.
- Adapt existing scaffolding to suit changes on-site (e.g., height adjustments, adding guardrails)
- Maintain proper load-bearing capabilities and comply with safety standards.
- Ensure scaffolding meets health and safety regulations (e.g., working at heights, fall protection)
- Conduct routine inspections and identify hazards or unsafe setups.
- Read and interpret scaffold design drawings and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with advanced scaffolders or site supervisors to ensure work aligns with project requirements.
- Work under the supervision of an advanced scaffolder or site supervisor.
- May also guide or assist trainees and labourers

Our Ideal Candidate

- Intermediate Scaffolding High Risk Licence
- Available for 2:1 Roster for 6-7 Weeks
- Ability to work in rural areas
- Be physically fit and have a strong work ethic
- Excellent attitude and willing to learn
- Minimum of 1 years' experience
