The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

- Lead and facilitate workshops to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, process models, and design artefacts

- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively

- Support ERP system integration, data migration, and configuration activities

- Develop and maintain documentation including workflows, system design documents, test cases, and implementation guides

- Ensure solutions align with compliance, assurance, and performance standards

The Ideal Person

You are a highly skilled Business Analyst with proven experience across ERP/finance systems, particularly PeopleSoft, Aurion, and TechnologyOne. You thrive in structured and Agile environments and are adept at bridging business and technology teams to deliver robust solutions.

You will bring:

- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large, complex ICT programs

- Strong background in ERP/finance system analysis, integration, and data migration

- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft, Aurion, or TechnologyOne implementations

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trusted stakeholder relationships

- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams

- Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or DevOps

- Excellent documentation skills, including requirements, workflows, and data models

Bonus if you have

- Prior experience in ERP implementation or modernisation projects within government

- BABOK/IIBA certification or similar industry qualifications

- Experience working in secure government environments

Please note this opportunity is only open to Australian Citizen’s with minimum Baseline Clearance as per the requirement of the Federal Government.

Salary / Rate

- $135/hr - $150/hr including 12% Superannuation
