The Transport Planner coordinates and plans transport movements under the DWDSS contract to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of goods in line with Commonwealth requirements. This role works closely with warehouse, customer service, and operational teams to consolidate consignments, manage transport bookings, and optimise route and carrier utilisation. The Transport Planner supports service performance and contractual targets by maintaining visibility over order flow, identifying risks or delays, and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery plans are met. The role also supports day-to-day administrative and customer service operations under the DWDSS contract, including accurate data entry, document control, reporting support, and frontline customer service activities that contribute to efficient warehouse and distribution operations.
Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
