Shift Team Leader

We’re looking for a hands‑on Shift Team Leader to keep things running safely and smoothly at our cutting‑edge recycling facility in Maddingley. What You’ll Do:

- Lead the Shift – Supervise and support a team of two operators to keep production running efficiently and safely.

- Keep Operations Flowing – Oversee feeding, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the recycling line during your shift.

- Drive Safety First – Lead by example in OHSE practices, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.

- Maintain the Floor – Ensure housekeeping, equipment checks, and minor maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.

What You Bring:

- Experience leading teams in an industrial, manufacturing, or recycling environment.

- Strong understanding of plant operations, machinery, and safety systems.

- Confident communicator with solid problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.

- A commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement (forklift licence a plus).
