What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide ongoing support to Suppliers using the CAPlink system.

- Reconcile accounts for Suppliers not yet on the system with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Assist Suppliers with a variety of queries and ensure their needs are met efficiently.

- Manage a Portfolio of our Preferred suppliers and support them in growing their business with Capricorn members.

What You Bring

- A solid understanding of accounting principles.

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Your Experience

- At least one year in a customer service role where communication and problem‑solving were key.

- Previous experience with account reconciliation in a high‑accuracy service environment.

Your Qualifications

- Completion of Year 12 or equivalent is preferred.
