What you’ll do
- Create clear, thorough test plans that cover everything from functionality to performance
- Work closely with our business teams to make sure your tests align with what they need
- Run tests, log any issues you find, and help get those fixed fast
- Review requirements and collaborate with others to keep the project on track
- Keep all your testing records up to date so everyone knows where things stand
- Make sure your testing follows all the rules and standards we work by
- Take part in training, safety practices, and other team initiatives that help us all grow and succeed
About you
- Ideally, you’ll bring experience from the financial services or health insurance sectors and have a strong understanding of testing methodologies like functional, regression, and integration testing.
- You feel confident using tools like JIRA and Confluence, and you’ll need to be someone who’s proactive, analytical, and communicates well with others.
- This role is a great opportunity if you're someone who enjoys both independent work and team collaboration. You’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, and your contributions will directly support the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly systems.
