### Job Description**About the opportunity:**We are currently looking for a **Warehouse Operator/Breadroom Picker and Loader** to work at our **Townsville site**. This position is a key member of the Supply Chain team with responsibility for the delivery of the Supply Chain and Operations plan whilst on site. All Breadroom Picker / Truck Loaders are responsible to embrace and drive positive change and are accountable to strive toward great team culture and department efficiencies. They will be guided in developing high team performance through training to deliver compliance in safety, quality, plan attainment and cost standards. In addition, they will take part in leading the distribution team toward continuous improvement techniques, and refining the sites FMCG practices.**The required shift pattern is:****Monday to Friday - 6.30am - 2.30pm****Key Responsibilities include:*** Delivery of the SC&O plan ensuring team compliance to all SC&O standards including safety, quality, GMP and cost* Establish effective communication mechanisms with other site support functions* Support the development & implementation of the OH&S, Hygiene and Environmental programs for the SC&O function* Take part in continuous improvement plans* Adhere to the daily schedule of Distribution and Manufacturing plans to ensure all targets and strict market deadlines are met.**To be successful in this role you will need to:*** Work positively in a team environment* 2 years Warehouse Experience (Desirable Not Essential)* Related industry experience (preferably within the food, dairy, beverage industry* Computer skills – Microsoft Office, SAP experience* Leadership and Communication* Logical, analytical and problem solving abilities* Planning and organizing abilitiesGoodman Fielder is a leading regional food company across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific.
