What You’ll Do

As aSenior Video Technician, you’ll be hands-on from prep to pack-down, creatinghigh-impact visuals that elevate every event. You’ll lead onsite, supportjunior crew, and deliver excellence from console to screen.

Yourresponsibilities include:

- Setting up of vision equipment in bothindoor and outdoor settings

- Providing technical support, includingserving as a Technical Lead where required

- Video mixing, content management, andoverall direction of the visual components of live events

- Conducting appropriate onsite checks ofvision equipment

- Playing an active part in the selection,pre-event programming, and resetting of vision equipment for events

- Building, testing and delivery ofsolutions to specification using a range of LED Systems

- Providing motivation and support tojunior staff, as an onsite subject matter expert in Video and LEDdisciplines.

- Supporting teams with the bump in andbump out of events

- Communicating effectively at all stagesof production with our valued clients, ensuring that show delivery is ofthe highest standard

To excel in this role, you'll bring:

- Provenend-to-end experience as a Video or LED Technician

- Strongworking knowledge of LED processors, vision systems, and playback tech

- Experienceleading crews and mentoring team members

- Technicalfluency with ROE, Brompton, Barco, Riedel, Blackmagic (or similar)

- Acollaborative, show-first mindset

- Asafety-first approach and strong WHS understanding

- Qualificationsin Live Production or equivalent experience (a bonus, not essential)

- Base hourly rate + super, with allowances, overtime, and loyalty leave

- Consistentfull-time work, not seasonal ups and downs
