How you will contribute
Reporting to the Capital Engineering Manager, the Capital Project Engineer will lead and execute critical capital projects. This involves:
Successfully scoping, designing, and implementing upgrades, expansions, and new installations.
Managing multiple capital project executions concurrently.
Ensuring all project development and execution adheres to local and Mondelēz standards and expectations.
What you will bring
Qualifications & Experience:
10+ years of industry experience (food industry experience preferred).
Technical expertise across multiple engineering disciplines, with specific expertise in electrical and automation.
Proven experience in contractor management.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement principles
Significant project engineering and design experience.
Experience in people management, leadership, and development.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in strategic prioritization.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
SAP proficiency (highly desired).
