About the Role

QT is on the lookout for a charismatic and service‑driven Porter to join our front‑of‑house team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the face of our hotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. From greeting guests with genuine enthusiasm to anticipating their needs before they arise, you’ll help create a welcoming and well‑organised environment that reflects QT’s signature style. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service in line with hotel policies and procedures, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they arrive. If you’re passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑focused setting, we’d love to hear from you.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a similar role or hotel, with a strong focus on guest experience.

- Proven ability to deliver warm, professional, and efficient guest service.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Professional presentation and a customer‑focused attitude.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

- Knowledge of local area and hotel services is an advantage.

- Valid driver’s licence (if driving guest vehicles is required).
