An outstanding opportunity awaits for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a highly regarded commercial builder delivering premium fit-out and new build projects up to $20M across Sydney.

With a strong pipeline of projects secured for 2026, our client is expanding their team with ambitious individuals who want to be part of a collaborative, high-performing environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery and ensuring commercial success across a diverse range of projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, variations, and subcontractor agreements
- Process progress claims, invoices, and cost reports accurately and on time
- Monitor and maintain project budgets, including tracking commitments and forecasts
- Assist Project Managers with risk management, claims, and dispute resolution
- Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring compliance with contract requirements
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to support smooth project delivery
- Provide commercial and contractual guidance to the project team throughout the lifecycle of the project

What you’ll bring:

- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
- Exposure to fit-out and/or new build projects (experience up to $20M highly regarded)
- Strong commercial acumen, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Cheops and Jobpac project management systems is highly regarded
