4. Connection to Country: supporting connection to country initiatives in project delivery including facilitation of consultation with Aboriginal clan groups

About You

- Strong background in Aboriginal engagement and consultation, with proven experience in infrastructure or similar sectors

- Deep knowledge of Aboriginal culture, heritage, and the ability to work with Aboriginal communities in a respectful, empowering manner

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and develop meaningful relationships with clients, contractors, and key Aboriginal stakeholders

- Experience in facilitating Walk on Country experiences, engaging with Traditional Owners, and running workshops with Elders and Knowledge Holders

- Desired experience in developing and implementing Aboriginal Participation Plans, particularly in infrastructure projects

- Project delivery expertise and ideally Project Management experience

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create culturally safe materials and provide expert advice
