What We/u2019re Looking For
We’re interested in hearing from professionals who have:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (non-essential)
- Qualifications in Healthcare, Management, or Finance (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience managing an aged care facility, with strong operational and leadership skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of aged care standards, AN-ACC funding, and regulatory compliance.
- Strategic and results-driven, with the ability to lead, inspire, and drive positive change.
- Committed to aged care, delivering quality services, and fostering team growth and development.
