Join the CMBM Facility Services Team – Multiple Cleaning Roles Available (Townsville & Stuart)

CMBM Facility Services (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a trusted Queensland-owned and operated Facility Services and Cleaning company, currently expanding with new contracts across the state. We are seeking motivated and reliable cleaners for two upcoming roles in Townsville and Stuart.

Position 1: School Cleaner – Townsville Flexible Learning School

  • Location: Townsville Flexible Learning School

  • Start Date: Contract starting soon (date to be confirmed)

  • Days/Hours: Monday to Friday | 3:00 pm start (to be confirmed)

    • If working solo, the shift is 4 hours per day

    • If working with another cleaner, each cleaner will work 2 hours per day

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience essential

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Valid Blue Card

  • Current Police Check

  • Driver's licence and own vehicle

Position 2: Construction Site Cleaner – Sedgman, Stuart

  • Location: Sedgman site, Stuart

  • Days/Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:00 am start

    • Initial shifts of 3 hours per day, with potential to increase up to 7 hours per day

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience essential

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Construction White Card or willing to obtain one

  • Current Police Check

  • Willingness to undergo Drug & Alcohol screening (or already certified)

  • PPE required: Steel-cap boots, long pants

  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
