With a growing team and an exciting line‑up of projects coming up, we are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join the MPA team.

Your role

As part of the experienced and knowledgeable Service team, you will play a crucial role in our small works, warranty, and maintenance service offering, embodying the MPA client for life philosophy.

Reporting into the Head of Service, you will be in a client‑facing role responsible for delivering professional, seamless, and high‑quality customer service during the project warranty period and beyond. You will set up and maintain service and maintenance schedules, and ensure activities related to the Defect Liability Period (DLP) are completed on time, to budget, and to MPA quality standards. In addition, you will conduct project audits, maintain maintenance registers, and facilitate communication between the team and external stakeholders throughout the DLP lifecycle.

About you

You will suit this role if you have experience in customer service and have worked in a Facilities Services or Maintenance team. You are highly organised, with a proven ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse groups. You demonstrate a strong ability to manage competing priorities and can stay calm and considered when under pressure.

In this client‑facing role, you will have the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, ensuring tasks are managed to contractual obligations and client satisfaction is maintained.
