An exciting leadership opportunity awaits an experienced Registered Nurse to step into the pivotal role of Care Manager at our Oak Towers Residential Aged Care Service.
Located in the heart of Oakleigh’s welcoming community, this is your chance to combine your clinical expertise and leadership skills to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents, families, and staff every single day.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a skilled clinical team to deliver safe, person-centred care.
- Oversee care planning, clinical governance, and quality systems aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with AN-ACC and accreditation requirements.
- Foster collaboration between residents, families, and allied health professionals.
- Drive a culture of compassion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
You’re a compassionate clinical leader who knows that great care starts with great teamwork. You’ll bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in aged or acute clinical care
- At least 4 years’ experience in a Care Manager role within residential aged care
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, and accreditation processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
